WHAT IS AROMATHERAPY?
Aromatherapy is the therapeutic use of plant-derived, aromatic essential oils to promote physical and psychological well-being. Essential oils are the life-blood of the plant, so they hold exceptional energy. As early as 1500 B.C. the ancient Egyptians used waters, oils, incense, resins, and ointments infused with botanicals for religious ceremonies. Chinese texts date back further-some 2,500 years. Roman and Indian Ayurvedic traditions are well documented.

HOW DO BATH SALTS HEAL?
Salt is a purifying mineral. It has the ability to produce a mentally centering effect by cleansing toxins from the body. A warm salt bath will open the pores, increasing perspiration and elimination of toxins.
Our selection of Essential Oil bath Salts provides the benefits of a salt bath with the healing power of essential oils. Essential Oils were man's first medicine. These life-giving substances are rich in vitamins, antibiotics and antiseptics, and are easily absorbed in the skin. These extracts also capture the healing aroma of the pant.
Maui Excellent builds on a long aromatherapy history by using only true essential oils, no drying alcohols, no animal by-products or testing, no chemical fillers. Our aromatherapy infused products are unique, hand-crafted in small batches and highly effective. Made in Maui, Hawaii, U.S.A.
WHAT IS A YOUR REFUND POLICY?
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at mauiexcellent@aol.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
REFUNDS
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
RETURNS
Because we create products that are used on the skin, we only accept returns on unopened packages. Please choose your products carefully, or reach out to us for help; once they are open and used we cannot take them back.
Please note that items purchased from a Maui Excellent retail partner are not eligible for a return/refund from mauiexcellent.com. You must contact the retailer you purchased from directly for their return/refund policy.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 2-3 days. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail from Maui, Hawaii. Usual delivery time ranges between 3-7 days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We do not offer expedited shipping, all orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. We do offer Free Shipping on orders over $75 or more. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We only ship to Canada, Australia, and Japan presently. We do not cover the cost of duties and taxes on our end. That is the responsibility of the customer in their region.

Maui Excellent does not have a retail store, but our products can be found at boutiques and health food stores across Alaska, California, Hawaii, Nevada, and Washington.
